Kyle Tucker and the BFGoodrich BC-2 Team Take on the 2015 Baja 1000

Mooresville, NC – The 48th annual SCORE Baja 1000 is set to kick off November 20th in Ensenada and run over 800 miles circling Baja California until eventually finishing where they started in Ensenada. Once again Detroit Speed co-owner, Kyle Tucker, will be embarking on the trip to run the Baja Challenge class for BFGoodrich Tires in the BC-2 buggy.

This is the 48th anniversary of the Score Baja 1000. For those of you unfamiliar with the race, the Score Baja 1000 is an off-road race that takes place on Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula in November of every year. The event includes various types of vehicle classes such as motorcycles, production vehicles, buggies, trucks, and custom fabricated race vehicles.

Kyle will be joined this year by Rich Minga, Bob Bower, Roger Lovell, Brian Finch and Bill Weber. Chasing for BFG is Richard Winchester, his wife Jackie and Jeff Cummings. There will also be many BFGoodrich pit stalls setup along the course offering assistance for the team on their trek through the tough terrain of the Baja. Kyle would like to personally thank BFGoodrich for this opportunity to run in one of the greatest races in the world.
